The Surgery will be closing at 6:30pm on Wednesday 1st June 2022 and will be closed on the Jubilee bank holidays (Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd June).

The Surgery will reopen as normal on Monday 6th June.

The physio will:

  • Assess you and diagnose what’s happening
  • Give expert advice on how best to manage your condition
  • Refer you on to specialist services if necessary

Spring COVID-19 Vaccine Booster

Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board has started the Spring COVID-19 booster programme this month. Please be aware the Surgery is not involved in this at all. The Health Board will mainly be contacting patients by post in April and May.

Mask wearing

It is still compulsory under current Welsh Government guidance to wear a mask on GP Surgery premises (unless exempt). Please ask at Reception for a mask if you do not have one.

Although self-isolation rules with COVID have been relaxed it is still not acceptable to enter the Surgery with COVID unless it has been specifically pre-arranged with a doctor on the phone.

Maternity cover for Dr A. Jones

We are pleased to announce that Dr A. Jones has had her baby this month. She is now on maternity leave until late autumn.

Two male locum doctors, Dr Gavin Rees and Dr Alex Aubrey, are now covering many of her surgeries. Dr Steve Chapman is also returning in mid-April.
