First Flu Clinic for 2020

There is a pre-bookable clinic for flu injections for those aged 75 and over running all day on Thursday 24th September at Aberaman Surgery.

This clinic is by appointment only.

  • Face masks must be worn
  • Wear short sleeved tops if possible
  • You must not attend more than 5 minutes early or 5 minutes late to enable social distancing measures
  • Please provide an updated mobile number when you book your appointment with reception so that a reminder can be sent to you

Details of other flu clinics will follow.

Repeat prescription requests

We have been taking repeat prescription requests over the phone since March. This is no longer possible due to the busy phone lines – we will have to revert back to prescription requests in writing or online as outlined on the website.

There is a locked box outside each surgery where requests can be posted.

We would like to encourage the use of the online service for prescriptions – please contact the surgery to register.

Face coverings

All patients attending the surgery are requested to wear a face covering. Children under 11 years of age are exempt.

Patients who do not wear a face covering will be asked to wait outside until the doctor or nurse is ready for them to proceed directly to the consulting room.

This is to protect all patients who may be in the waiting room.
